1. Shipping Coverage and Services
Docauecom currently supports shipping to the following areas in the United States through reputable shipping partners.
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- Special Addresses: For customer convenience, we accept shipments to P.O. Boxes and military addresses, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
2. Delivery Time
a. Order Processing Time
This is the time required for Docauecom to produce (Print-on-Demand), package, and hand over your order to the carrier.
- Estimated time: 1–3 business days.
- Note: Processing time may be faster or slower depending on the overall order volume at the time of purchase.
b. Shipping Carriers and Shipping Time
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and promptly.
- Partner carriers: UPS, USPS, FedEx
- Estimated shipping time: 5–7 business days.
c. Total Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time from the moment the order is placed until it arrives at your address is:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Estimated total: 6–10 business days.
Definition of Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
3. Shipping Fee
We apply a simple and transparent flat-rate fee.
Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $6.99 per order. This fee is fixed and does not change based on the number of products or total package weight. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at Checkout before you confirm your purchase.
4. Factors Affecting Delivery Time
Although we strive to meet delivery estimates, several external factors may cause delays:
Personal Reasons
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Shipping Issues
Traffic congestion, severe weather, or unexpected delays.
Seasonal Reasons
Order volume spikes during holidays or major sale events.
5. Order Tracking Instructions
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes a Tracking Number and a tracking link. You can enter this Tracking Number directly on the Order Tracking page of our website to view the latest updates. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to be updated for the first time.
6. Handling Lost Orders
If tracking information indicates that your order is lost, stuck in transit for too long (more than 10 business days without updates), or confirmed lost by the carrier:
Docauecom will take full responsibility and issue a full refund for your order.
