1. How to Track Your Order

Please follow these two simple steps:

Step 1: Get Your Tracking Number

As soon as your order is packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you registered with. This email will contain your Tracking Number and a direct link for you to follow.

Step 2: Track

Please enter the Tracking Number — not the Order Number — into the box below and click the "Find Order" button to see the latest status update.

2. Detailed Instructions & Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

a. I haven't received my Tracking Number or confirmation email?

This is the most common issue. Please take the following steps:

  • Check Your Junk/Spam Folder: Sometimes our automated emails can be incorrectly moved to this folder. Please check thoroughly in both your Spam/Junk and Promotions folders.
  • Note on Processing Time: We commit to sending the shipping confirmation email with 1–3 business days from when your order was placed/completed. If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not received any notification, please contact us via email [email protected] for manual assistance.
b. Why is the shipping information not showing or inaccurate?

Shipping information may not appear immediately for the following reasons:

  • Information Update Time: After receiving the Tracking Number, please allow 1–3 business days for the shipping carrier to scan your package and update the tracking status for the first time.
  • Try Direct Tracking: If the information is still not updated after 3 days, please double-check your Tracking Number and try tracking directly on the official website of the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx).
c. When should I contact the support team?

You should contact us immediately if:

  • It has been 5 business days since you received the shipping confirmation email and absolutely no tracking information is displayed.
  • You received a "Delivered" notification but have not actually received your package.
  • The tracking number reports an error or is invalid.
